I am a John Maxwell certified leadership coach and developer of high-performing leaders who lead with integrity, serve with excellence, and create lasting impact through servant leadership.
With over 15 years of leadership experience at Chick-fil-A, I have built my career on one consistent mission: developing people.
My journey began with a simple but powerful assignment: serve people well. I didn’t just rise through leadership roles— I built a reputation for developing people. In every position, one thing remained constant: leaders left stronger, more confident, and more aligned than when they started.
But along the way, I recognized something deeper.
Too many leaders were performing without purpose.
Executing without identity.
Leading without alignment.
That realization became the foundation of Avodah Leadership.
My Purpose
As the founder of Avodah Leadership, I bring a powerful perspective rooted in the principle of avodah—the belief that work, service, and worship are deeply connected. I teach leaders how to align who they are with how they lead, creating cultures of excellence, accountability, and intentional growth.
I am known for having the ability to combine practical leadership strategy with transformational coaching. I don’t just teach leadership— I develop leaders who execute, influence, and multiply impact within their organizations and communities.
